Responsibilities

-  Oversea and coordinate the daily financial operation of Hong Kong office;

-  Standardize and modify accounting policies and processes, reconcile and settle intercompany     
    balances regularly;

-  Assist in annual audit, deal with external auditors and prepare annual report;

-  Perform tax computation and fill in tax returns;

-  Handle tax related matters, e.g. response to IRD enquiry letters and comply with latest taxation     
    standards and rules;

-  Supervise accounting team members in Hong Kong office;

-  Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

Requirements:

-  Hong Kong resident

-  University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines (Full time);

- 6 to 8 years of experience in commercial field and/or auditing field,
   with solid experience in accounting, financial management and taxation is an advantage;

- Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;

- Good computer skills especially in Excel and Word;

- Good communication, interpersonal, supervisory and management skills

- Occasionally travel to PRC is required;

- Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;

- Immediate available is highly preferred;

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
