Major Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operation in compliance with company.
• Assist in month end closing and submission of reports.
• Maintain Accounts Payables
• Handle intercompany transactions
• General ledger entries and accruals
• Balance sheet reconciliation and site administrator for the system
• Supplier payment and staff reimbursement review
• Petty cash reimbursement and cash custody.
• Responsible for monthly/quarter and yearly reports as per required by corporate
• Work closely with share service.
• Financial Analysis
• Reinforce internal control.
• Support audit
• Back up for the department
• Other ad hoc reports, stock take and/or projects as per required

 Requirements

• Degree / Associate degree holder in Accounting
• Accounting and financial analysis knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in ERP system is an advantage
