Based in the Hong Kong office, the Senior Accounts Officer will report directly to Administrative Manager and the director. This individual is responsible for handling any accounting and financial issues. This includes routine accounting entries, treasury and managerial reporting.

 Responsibilities  

-       Handle full sets of accounts in multi-currencies with use of MYOB independently
-       Issue invoices and handle accounts receivable
-       Manage payments for the company and accounts payable
-       Responsible for month-end closing and reconcile different bank accounts
-       Maintain fixed asset register and update inventory list in accounting system
-       Assist in developing and improving inventory and invoicing system for services and parts
-       Maintain an organized and effective filing system
-       Prepare timely cashflow forecast and budgeting for assisting financial planning
-       Prepare managerial reporting and financial analysis for directors’ review and decision making at a monthly basis
-       Liaise with external auditor for annual audit and tax reporting
-       Handle company secretary matters
-       Prepare monthly payroll and MPF contribution with various HR record
-       Work closely with different teams in the company
-       Handle any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements  

-       Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
-     5 years relevant experience in accounting
-       Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
-       Experience in using MYOB is a Must, experience with multi-currencies functionality preferred
-       Proficiency in use of computerized accounting software, Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
-       Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
-       Immediate available is highly preferred
