Job Description

• Plan and manage the daily operations, order fulfillment and distribution operations
• Implement the best practice / workflow for the operation
• Review and enhance internal control system and procedure to ensure full compliance with company policies;
• Manage all aspects of the financial & accounting function which include statutory and financial reporting, budgeting, auditing and tax planning;
• Review and develop effective financial & accounting policies and control procedures to improve operational efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Chinese tax law/regulation and statutory accounting standards
• Improve the flowchart of Kingdee ERP system, optimize financial modeling and database management;

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years' experience with at least 5 years in finance manager position or firm financial background, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods industry
• Previous experience in FMCG industry in China market is essential
• Excellent leadership and communication skill are expected
• Familiar with China GAAP, tax law, and relevant statutory regulations is highly essential
• Stay and work in PRC, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
