Assistant Accountant / Accounting Clerk

• F.5 /DSE above
• 3 - 5 years accounting experience in trading or retail firms

• To handle general accounting duties/bookkeeping including the preparation of journal entries/ledgers and vouchers

• To assist and support month end closing in accurately and timely

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Command of English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Accountant 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 3 to 4 years solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
• Prepare financial reports as required by 3rd parties, Finance houses, Banks, Auditors, Tax Authorities
• Preparation of budgeting, financial forecasting and cash flow administration
• Meet all financial reporting and compliance requirements to ensure that legal responsibilities are met.
• Prepare and review accounting journals, maintenance of A/R, A/P and General Ledger
• Analyse company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
