Job Description
Chun Wo Property Development Ltd, a subsidiary of Chun Wo Development Holdings Ltd, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform full set of accounts independently
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, including filing, data entry, voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, inter-group transactions and petty cash, etc.
- Ensure payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
- Handle bank operations and related matters
- Assist in preparing month-end closing, interim and annual audit
- Review the management and financial reports
- Liaise with external auditors and external parties
- Prepare tax filing documents and related tax affairs
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- Student member or member of HKICPA or equivalent would be an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experiences in accounting field and audit field
- Familiar with Flex System is preferred
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Well knowledge of Hong Kong accounting practice, regulatory and taxation
- Detail-minded, reliable, able to work under pressure
- Independent with initiative, good sense of responsibility
- Good command in both English and Putonghua
- Immediately available would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
