About Our Client (F&B Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the F&B companies,is now looking for a to join their team. The job duties are as follows:

• Handle AP/AR daily accounting operations
• Handle general accounting data entries
• Verify vouchers, invoices and receipts
• Prepare payments and reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in year-end audit
• Provide administrative support
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 Requirement 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, Fresh will be considered.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Japanese will be an advantage)
• Experience in F&B/Retail industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office
• Knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage
• With positive attitude, responsible, independent and well-organized personality
• Polite, Helpful, Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available
