• Lead the team to perform the functions of Finance to the bank, including but not limited to Financial Accounting, Regulatory Reports review, Financial Management, Treasury Finance and Project Management
• Provide advices to top management in relation to business finance with strategic planning
• Review and perform the analytical and regulatory reports on bank-wide basis to top management and regulators
• Manage and review the bank-wide budget and get involved in financial strategic planning and recommendation on bank performance
• Review new accounting standards and polices and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements
• Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines, with full membership of HKICPA or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience gained form the banking industry
• In-depth understanding of Finance & Accounting in banking industry
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of requirements and practices in financial areas
• Good knowledge in accounting standards and local banking practice
