Responsibilities:

Reporting to COO in responsible for the full-suite of finance and administration, including IT, Purchasing, Facilities and Warehousing; providing financial planning and analytics to business operations; oversee the company's operation in China. 

• Handle full sets of accounts for the group companies
• Daily operational & accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification & processing, cash related transactions, payroll, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Administrative functions i.e. oversee purchase, facilities, IT and warehousing operations
• Experiences in production, trading, taxation, import procedure between Hong Kong and China
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, project financial and capital expenditures. Collect, interpret and review financial information. Provide financial insight and advice
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling tools
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Implement company’s policies and procedures in accordance to management’s requirements
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by COO
