Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Credit Control supervisor on daily operations
• Handle debt collection & credit management
• Prepare and send out monthly statement & reminder to customers
• Follow up customers enquirers and disputes.
•  Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Matriculated or Diploma in Business or Accounting or equivalent
  
• At least 1-2 years working experience in debt collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly capable in handling challenges
• Able to work under pressure and different cultural settings
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
