Recruit Express Group is a leading recruitment firm in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, we have regional offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing.

We established lots of business relationship with various corporate clients. We assist in their recruitment projects and help them place suitable candidates into their positions. We are now looking for an Accountant Executive to facilitate the daily operation in our back office.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts including financial reporting to regional Head Office (Singapore)
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules & reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable function & related reporting
• Accounts Payable function, cost allocation
• Credit Control 
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent & corporate secretary
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Director

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous, hands-on 
• Good academic performer would be highly preferred
