Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the credit and collections function for IP Global group of companies.
• Follow up with developers and lawyers on refund of reservation deposits and collection of profits.          
• Conduct regular receivables meeting with Investment and Client Service teams.
• Maintain accurate account records and report on daily / weekly collections.
• Issue invoices to developers and prepare invoices for inter-company transactions.
• Accurate and timely allocation of receipts, clearing of open items in the banking functions.
• Generate aged accounts receivable reports and work towards resolving the long outstanding issues.
• Manage and handle weekly / monthly cash flow forecasting.
• Consolidate IP Global Limited monthly aged receivables for review with Group Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in credit and collections.
• Strong numerical aptitude, with good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Responsible, self-motivated, initiative and can multi-task.
• Fluent in English.
