Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing; financial consolidation & financial analysis; statutory reporting; budgets; forecasting; management reporting; cash management; ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting and legal requirements
• Organize annual audit and coordinate with markets and group companies to meet the audit requirements in terms of data accuracy and time schedule
• Liaise with banks, auditors and other professional parties
• Supervise a team of finance staff; coordinate with the accounting/finance teams in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Deputy Finance Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, Qualified accountant or finalist student member of professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 6 years relevant accounting, finance and/ or audit experience, minimum 2 years managerial or supervisory experience is preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Responsible, well organized and attention in details, good presentation and interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently, proactive, hardworking, result-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of “JIO” reports (國資委 Reporting software) is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office, Hands on experience of SAP
