Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operation, including data entry, filing, inquiries and daily report

  • Payment checking and cheque / bank remittance preparation

  • Responsible in daily routines of the process of Accounts Receivable & Payables

  • Prepare and handle monthly payment.

  • Assist in month end closing

  • Perform in organizing company events

  • Handle office administration including purchase and maintenance of center

    supplies and equipment etc

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma above in Accounting (Experienced or Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply)

  • Familiar with computerized accounting system, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.

  • Well organized, enthusiastic, pleasant, interpersonal skills and with a good sense of responsibility.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Able to handle full-set account will be an advantage

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
