Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for A/P and petty cash, includes checking of the supplier’s invoices, process payments, bank reconciliation
• Office administration duties
• Responsible for data entry, posting, voucher preparing and filing
• Maintain Ledger & related worksheets
• Assist in month end closing and monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Issue invoices and arrange check payments and receipts
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed

Requirements: 

• Form 5 & LCCL I or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in accounting field
• Independent, willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Account software is preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
