Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organizational changes and needs
- Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process and procedures
- Contribute on process improvements
- Participates in partnerships with the business and broader HR team to build, recommend and deliver specialist HR function solutions in line with business needs
- Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders, include external service providers
- Ensure operations are compiled to the Employment Ordinance
- Support multiple areas of HR as a generalist
- Conduct research on market information, keep the team abreast of best practice in the market
Requirements
- Possesses an understanding of different HR functions in an organization
- Conversant with Microsoft office applications - WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in HR
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Eager to learn and pick up new digital initiatives / HR system
- Experience on Workday is a an advantage
