This position is mainly responsible for strengthening sales competencies across re-sellers partners (external salespeople) and Bose retail stores (internal salespeople). The candidate would be one of our key members in the global training team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive training programme to both our internal and external parties by refining the sales training process, establishing a selling and sales skills coaching environment and continuously monitor and evaluate performance
• Play an integral role in helping us build advocacy and sales ability within the retail sales person community and provide effective sales training options and approaches to maximise all customer interactions on the retail floor
• Deploy and evaluate the new retail employee training program, which focuses heavily on selling skills, product knowledge, and competitive products
• Work closely with our account managers and re-seller partners to ensure all training initiatives meet the standards to deliver the desired customer experience externally
• Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to internal and external field management and store teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Training/Education, Business, Marketing or related discipline with 5 years of more in retail training or sales experience
• Solid experience in relationship building, conducting training presentations, delivering product demonstrations and coaching sales people
• Demonstrate collaborative efforts, strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to identify trends and make recommendations around data and sales analytics
• Ability to customise and localise content to meet audience needs
• Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Pro-active, outgoing and proficient in both Microsoft and Apple operating systems
• This position is located in Hong Kong with 50% travel requirements
