Our client is a globally renowned Lifestyle & Fashion company specializing in sportswear products.  With 10,000+ employees across the globe, they are now looking for a Regional C&B Manager to join their Asia HQ in Hong Kong.

Key job duties

• Drive C&B analysis and strategies as well as conducting salary bench-marking
• Manage annual salary review and initiate incentive plans & rewards to enforce internal equity and market competitiveness for APAC region
• Coordinate all C&B activities and implement salary planning, bonus planning whilst monitoring salary structures comply with statutory requirements
• Business partnering activities and providing advice and consultancy to other function leaders to formulate retention methods/ strategies
• Drive payroll out-sourcing project to ensure smooth transition

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of C&B experience 
• Previous experience working in multinational company
• Hands-on experience in incentive calculation
• People management experience
• APAC exposure
• Number sensitive, well-organised and interpersonal skills
• Flexible in working in a start-up environment
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
