Job Description
Human Resources Assistant
Job Description:
- Assist the implementation of new Human Resources System
- Maintain and update the HR database and staff personal profile
- Assist in day-to-day operations in human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, filing, contraction preparation and attendance keeping
- Assist in work visa and qualification assessment for expatriate teachers.
- Answer queries from colleagues on Human Resources Policy
- Assist in HR system and records updating.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
- With school experience will be an advantage
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred with at least 3 years related experience
- Good communication skill with professional phone manner and be able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese typing
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and practice
