Job Description

 Responsibilities:  

 Directly report to the Chairman of the Company for the following duties but not limit to:

  • In charge of the HR Dept. of Shenzhen factories & Hong Kong Office and also assist the Chairman to handle HR matters for another business,
  • Formulate and implement corporate HR objectives/policies/strategies,
  • Plan, lead, organize and monitor all HR programs and activities,
  • Provide professional services in the areas of recruitment and selection; training and development; compensation and benefits; employee relations with grievance procedures and discipline systems,
  • Plan and formulate effective and practicable performance management system; and develop, review salary & grading structures,
  • Formulate effective staff training and development strategies/policies/programs,
  • Design and implement practicable programs to improve communication between management and employees,
  • Develop and cultivate teamwork and cooperation among various HR teams both in HK & PRC.

 

Requirements: 

  • MBA or a first degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or related  disciplines,
  • Conversant HK & PRC Labour Laws & Regulations and has on site HR working experience in China factories is a MUST,
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience and at least 10 years must be at senior management level in sizable companies working in PRC factories,
  • Excellent leading, planning, organizing, monitoring and staffing skills,
  • Strong and versatile personality & maturity to handle people at all levels,
  • Good command of both English & Chinese and with good PC skills.
