Job Description

• Issue invoice for manday charge and ensure recharge within approved budget
• Prepare cost report and budget report on regular basis
• Coordinate with different parties and prepare meeting material
• Provide admin support to the team and ensure information is updated
• Provide support to teams and project managers to manage projects effectively

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business
• 1 years experience in Bank or Finance company
• Also welcome fresh graduates
• Excellent in Excel and PC skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
