Overview

As the Personal Assistant to Silhouette Regional Director, you will carry out administrative work on his behalf and assist staff in the regional office when required.

Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Core functions include:

• acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• organizing events and conferences
• reminding the office staff of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports
• managing databases and filing systems
• liaising with HQ staff, suppliers and clients
• collating and filing expenses

You are a degree holder in language or communication; with a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.

You are discreet and efficient, organized and adaptable.

You possess a very good command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
