Job Tasks

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle across all levels, but not limited to market research, sourcing, interviewing, package preparing & negotiation and on-boarding
• Advise the management team on current talent market conditions, recruitment trends, relevant up-to-date assessment methods
• Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media
• Establish close relationship with related parties on recruitment issues
• Advise and develop recruitment plan according to business need
• Handle employee relations activities from planning to execution 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above 
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, hands on experience in mass recruitment is a certain plus 
• Active, well-organized mind set with can-do attitude
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
