Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration support to the team, including data entry and filing
• Support sales to prepare presentation materials
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or any other related disciplines
• 2 years or above relevant experience. Exposure in financial industry is a plus
• Good time management, organization, communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and proactive person
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese
