Responsibilities:

• Provide daily clerical support for the HR team;
• Update and maintain personnel records;
• Maintain staff personal files and central filing system;
• Prepare HR reports; and
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience; Fresh Graduate will also be considered;
• A good team player, well organized, attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
