Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support
• Liaise with other secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the business and ongoing effective communication
• Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Manage schedules and calendars including arrange, coordinate, and schedule internal and external meetings; prepare documents and arrange meeting rooms and facilities
• Prepare payment vouchers
• Prepare and reconcile expenses claim report
• Make travel bookings and arrangements
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Coordinate conferences
• Fulfill other ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Well organized, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a must
