Responsibilities

• Provide mailing services including collect/dispatch incoming/outgoing documents from/to the departments and post office

• Deliver/Collect document from/to external customers on ad hoc basis
• Maintain proper records on the postage and registration of mail
• Provide general office support including data entry and filing
• Compile regular report for the management
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Secondary graduate or equivalent

• 2 years relevant wor32 Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
