Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire process of recruitment and selection for all staff in Hong Kong and Macau
• Work as a business partner with different department to have better understanding on their recruitment needs
• Review, design and develop recruitment strategies and evaluate the effectiveness and recruitment KPIs regularly
• Explore effective recruitment channels (websites, social media platforms, career seminars, jobs fairs, referral programs etc) to attract talents across the business units
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with at least 8 years solid experience in talent acquisition as well as mass recruitment in sizable companies
• Proactive, independent, well organized, good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
