Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies for operations and business development.
• Manage daily operations schedule and provide technical trainings to cleaning staff.
• Supervision and control to safety levels
• Maintain good relationship with customers, attend meetings and handle requests and complaints.
• Fully responsible to tenders and quotation processing (site visit, budget prepare, tender interview, etc.).
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Over 3 years skillful working records in cleaning services field and with management experience and incremental business track records are highly preferred
• Experience in preparing tenders and operations manual.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and controls
• Have a strong social network and sense of business information
• Good communication skills and CAN DO mindset
• Good in English and Mandarin
• Driving license and relevant cleaning related certification and/or training added advantage.

5.    良好人脈網絡、溝通技巧及掌握最新的行業資訊
6.    中、英文良好
7.    態度積極, 願超時或假日工作
8.    持有車牌, 搭架牌及密閉空間工作牌優先考慮
