Job Description

HealthCore is currently helping one of its clients, a renowned life science instruments company to recruit a Service Administrator to support their service engineering team.

General Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and arrange with the service engineering team to provide on-site support where necessary
Arrange, provide and coordinate administrative, documentation, logistic and overall support for the service engineering team
Enter information and maintain the customer service database system
Prepare and process service orders, contracts, tenders and quotations
Handle customer enquiries and provide general office administrative support

General Qualifications / Skills:

Related work experience, preferably in technical customer service admin / support or service engineering or related role
Degree or diploma qualified
Good coordination and communication skills, team player, customer oriented
