Job Description

My client, an Italian fashion brand is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their energetic team.

The brand has been doing well globally and adored by many celebrities and KOLs. The role covers the following area: creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing the hiring processes across HK & Macau. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments within luxury retail industry. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for the company so that they hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Job Description:

  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience at HRBP level within a retail business
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Pro-active, innovative, collaborative
  • Able to influence and communicate your own point of view
  • Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
