Job Description
Requirements
- Experience in logistics and documentation at least 3 years
- Computer and mathematical skills
- Experience in Office management
- Comunications skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts in company’s platform/system under traders instructions
- Supervise required information needed for proper docs including shipping instructions, product description, payments terms, prices etc
- Validate that all data is correct on the docs
- Review and control all documentation is in place and on time
- Prepare and send Docs to Suppliers and Customers, including shipment status
- Ensure communications with customers, Logistics Dept at HQ, trader and Metal Control to follow up shipment and documentation status
- Maintain comunications with Shipping lines on BL’s, rates, status of shipments
- Monitor Shipments and loads in transit
- Team work
- Support manager and trader to successfully achieve all task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good management of time
