• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll & employer’s return, training & development, employee relations, communication workshops etc.
• Provide efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy C&B administrations
• Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
• Analyze and recommend effective and efficient human resources processes
• Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
• Maintain HR filing system and any other HR related administration
• Manage and oversee all administration in the office
• Liaising with various service providers (including office supplies, insurance, Travel Agent, Landlord etc.)
• Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned by FA Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years administrative and HR experience in managerial position, preferably in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Well-versed with the HR related laws and regulations (such as Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, tax etc.)
• Strong sense of responsibility, organized, detail-oriented, able to be strongly independent and taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is highly preferred
