This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging individual to join a international real estate investment company and be part of an dynamic team contributing the strategies and operations of the Human Resources department. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an all rounded HR role with key deliverables to take the lead in recruitment strategy to manage the end to end recruitment to on-boarding process, drive the performance management process, develop the learning and development programme and talent management programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and advise to departments to understand their hiring needs from the business and handling the end to end recruit process to hire suitable candidates
• Prepare employment contract, employment visa, onboarding kit
• Engage the new hire through the new hire onboarding process to ensure that new hires get well acquainted in the Company and their department
• Identify, evaluate and develop internal and external training programs to suit the needs of the leaders, talents and employee technical requirements while assessing the efficiency/effectiveness of the competency model and making adjustments as required
• Provide expertise and advice to the Head of HR on talent/development/learning solutions and interventions in response to business needs and requests
• Monitoring the training budget and providing in depth analysis for management review
• Ensure HR processes (such as the joiner, leaver and transfer processes), systems and records are managed and are maintained to the highest standards so that reporting, business and regulatory requirements are met
• Support the Head of HR to develop and roll out the Company’s Employee Value Preposition
• Drive the Performance management initiative to establish feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and success of respective functions
• Support the HR department with the roll out and embedding of global people management and development activities in our offices around the world
• Assist with other HR projects as and when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 5 – 7 years hands on recruitment and generalist experience
• HR or business degree from an overseas or reputable university
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong project management skills and able to work with cross functional departments
• Logical thinking, high accuracy and a team player
• Independent, positive, proactive and resilient individual
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
