Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer and related employment processes
• Work closely with HR Business Partner and liase with line managers to identify staffing needs and recommend cost-effective sourcing channels
• Conduct candidate search through various recruitment platforms
• Participate in HR process review and projects, and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• A good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
