Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer general enquiries
  • Provide administrative support including mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc.
  • Calendar management and associated tasks, such as booking of conference room, audio-visual equipment, 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • F.5 or above with 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Good telephone manner, customer oriented, friendly personality
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available preferred  
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
