Job Description

Reporting directly to Business Development Director (based in HK), you are in charge of implementing the brand strategy in the APAC travel retail counters of the region. Greater China and HK travel retail accounts are your #1 priority.

You are ultimately responsible for focusing primarily on growing the sales, building the brand, accelerating retail excellence through best in class initiatives in retail operation coaching and driving the field team and management of all operations (orders, forecasts, stock).

Main missions are:

MANAGEMENT & FIELD TEAM LEADER (50% OF YOUR TIME)

  • Provides Leadership to the team by establishing clear vision, goals and objectives, and clear communication

  • Responsible for the recruitment, induction, & management of all beauty consultants on the field

  • Develop and provide Retail Management training programs to our beauty consultants and generic staff from TR operators

  • Motivate and evaluate the team; sets sales targets, execute incentive, spiffing for GS

  • Sets and communicates high workplace operating standards, values and expectations.

  • Visits main doors regularly to ensure sales goals are achieved and proper counter management is executed.

     

ACCOUNT & RETAIL MANAGEMENT (30-50% OF YOUR TIME)

  • Follow up and check orders and be able to analyse sales on monthly basis

  • Provide regular forecasts to the operation team

  • AIRLINES: follow up orders, product listing, orders and deadlines for design

  • Responsible for the achievement of budget goals: Sales, Net operating Budget.

  • Execute Marketing Calendar & Marketing Support

  • Implement pricing guidelines and manages expenses budgets.

  • Maximize retail sales of each door. Ensure net sales performance and deliver plan by door.

  • Ensure correct product mix and assortment and manage customer inventory level.

  • Grow market share for each account.

  • Build a strong and sustainable relationship with the shop managers & DF partners

  • Supervise and organise animations and podiums with operators during the year
