Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration task including general office management and administration
  • Prepare accounting document for third-party accounting firm
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Provide support for HR issue such as payroll and MPF calculation
  • Enroll in IP (Intellectual Property) registration for brand owned by the company
  • Assist in ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Good command of spoken and written English with frequent e-mail
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
  • Positive, self-initiative, willing-to-learn attitude with good team spirit
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
