Responsibility:

• Expand the Mainland China and Hong Kong institutional / corporate investors base by building and maintain strong investor relationships
• Originate, structure and execute ECM transactions included but not limited to IPO, placements, and equity-link products in both primary and secondary market

Requirement:

• 4 - 8 years of ECM coverage experience
• Having strong institutional / corporate investor client connection for ECM transactions is a must
• Self-motivated individual, with the ability to think strategically and drive new business
• Fluent in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
