Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily business operations, including trade processing, settlement and database management
• Monitor daily operations to ensure the workflow is smooth and stable
• Handle and closely follow up internal/external customer's enquirers to achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports and filings to Management
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or business related disciplines
• 1-3 years’ experience in Financial institution, experience in FX, bullion or OTC Securities industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of FX and Commodity Trading and Operation is an advantage
• Able to communicate complex matters in a clear and concise manner
• Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of responsibility
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good Command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is higher preferred
