Job Responsibilities:

• Build and lead sales teams to acquire potential business partners (investment broker) to achieve business goal.

• Provide mentoring and feedback to team members, facilitate and foster career development and personal growth of team members for continuous advancement.
• Monitor, analyze and report the performance of the business.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder.

• Working experience in FX or bullion related products is an advantage.
• Well-organized, outgoing and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table).
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
