Our China Business Development Team is dedicated to providing one-stop wealth management services to Chinese background clientele.  Our target clients include Institutional and High-net-worth individuals.  We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join the team as Senior Manager/ Manager.  

Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow Chinese background High-net-worth individual and Institutional clientele through networking and business referrals;
• Provide one-stop financial solutions to identify relevant and suitable products and services for clients based on their investment needs and objectives;
• Proactive relationship building for High-net-worth clients by delivering premium wealth management solutions and services;
• As a partner to Institutional Clients for providing customized products and innovative solutions in support of achieving their business targets;
• Keep abreast of the development of China’s financial product and service so as to give input for product development in meeting clientele investment objective;
• Formulate and execute sales strategies for the wealth management and other products of the group to achieve sales target and deliver KPIs as agreed.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE and MPF preferred;
• SFC Type 1 and 4 license holders preferred;
• Result- oriented working attitude, with proven sales track record;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Wealth Management and Finance with a focus on China Client base;
• Proven track record in managing and growing an assigned client would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required;
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills;
• Mandarin native speaker with a good command of English;
• Willing to travel to China for business needs.
