Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Screening and evaluation of M&A and corporate finance transactions.
• Build intermediary networks for sourcing deals.
• Gathering public information & performing desktop research.
• Preparing detailed financial analysis including building financial models on targets.
• Able to perform combination of valuation techniques and structures.
• Arranging senior & mezzanine finance from banks and other capital providers.
• Liasoning with lawyers, auditors, banks and accountants for documentation.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Finance / CPA with at least 4 years work experience.
• Knowledge of Financial modelling and use of tools available.
• Self-driven, resourceful and solution driven.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work under demanding timelines and within a fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills including communication at different levels.
• Self-motivated and high professional standards.
• Good working knowledge of legal documentation.
