Job Descriptions:

• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities through funds investment or Private Equity investment in the market and preparing of the investment proposal or relevant presentation to the investment committee
• Daily monitoring of existing funds portfolio by liaising with external fund managers and communicating with the internal departments
• Prepare reports and presentations to update management of portfolio performance
• Assisting in monitoring equity and fixed income markets
• Helping in evaluating and executing equity, fixed income and product trades
• Performing equities and fixed income research, handling cash management, foreign exchange transactions, currency hedging, money markets trades
• Liaising with trading partners, private bankers and internal legal and compliance departments

Requirements:

• University graduate with CFA and/or MBA is highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the equities, fixed income and/or FX markets area
• Understanding of valuation methodologies for equities / fixed income type products
• Having knowledge on derivatives and hedging strategy is desirable
• Able to learn quickly on new products / systems
• Good at analytical skills to adapting to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment
• Basic knowledge of technologies used in financial data management and financial systems (i.e. MS office)
• Strong presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese, networking and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude with strong initiative and dedication
• Dynamic and proactive attitude, willing to initiate changes and contribute to the team
• Able to handle multi tasks, self-motivated, hardworking with a strong attention to details and work under pressure
