We are now looking for a candidate to join our client's loan Origination & Distribution team as VP / AVP. Details as below:-

Job Responsibilities

To assist Head of DCM to build up the loan business for both corporate and financial institutional clients in Greater China, pitching, originate, execute and syndicate transactions.

• Support pitching, origination and execution of both high grade and high yield primary loan transactions in Greater China.
• Support pitching, origination and execution of primary loan transactions for clientele of corporate and financial institutions in Greater China.
• Manage or support managing the whole deal process including preparing pitch books, deal structuring, documentation, conducting due diligence and syndication including preparation of Information Memorandum and arranging roadshows.
• Provide loan market updates to both external and internal parties.
• Cross-sell Global Markets hedging solutions.
• Work effectively with various internal teams including Relationship Managers, Credit approvers Global Markets and Legal.
• Responsible for compliance of business activities to both internal and external regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• University Graduate, preferably in finance / accounting
• Good understanding of loan market and banking industry in Greater China.
• At least 3 years’ experiences in loan origination and/or loan syndication.
• Experience of managing corporate clients or financial institutions in Greater China is preferred.
• Good analytical, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details and good team player
• High professional standards with strong sense of personal integrity
• Energetic and proactive with strong ability to adapt to new concepts
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
