Job Description
• Relevant experience in concierge and reception is preferable.
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and comments.
• Prepare, update and compile various types of reports.
• Serve guests by welcoming, greeting and assisting them.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management team.
• Proficiency in MS office including word, excel, power point.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Requirement
• Form 7 graduate/ DSE with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent teamwork, time management and communication skills
• Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
