Responsibilities:

• Take initiatives on entire managing operations and be successful on each regional project
• Monitor projects’ lead time, quality control and budget
• Monitor projects’ performance of sales and finance on regional level. Review monthly sales & finance and forecast-actual performance, so as to constantly optimize Project Operational metrics throughout regional project deck.
• Take leadership in optimizing project delivery processes for maximizing productivity gains
• Be responsible of cost balance and control between labor and materials. Maximize cost-performance value by engaging with Supply Chain team efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and control inventory level of equipment and materials
• Be responsible of performance management process. Contribute in Regional/ District Projects Personnel by conducting coaching, career planning, performance appraisals as so on
• Take initiatives in Project Operations as Change Management Leader and make business growth much sustainable

Requirements:

•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
• Proven track record on project management of sizable revenue and highly complex projects
• Experience in related industry is preferred
• Expertise knowledge on Project Management in the areas of Project Planning, Scopes Optimization with Risk Mitigation, Cost Control and Communication Management
• Excellent communication in English. Conversational in Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proven skill-sets and ability to develop best-in-class talents and lead a team with diversity
• The ability to understand financial data at contract level and identify appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key financial & delivery metrics are achieved in accordance to planned targets
