Key skills and experience

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with minimum 10 years of experience in a landscape or architectural firm (perhaps at Associate Level); candidate with less experience may also be considered for a junior position;
• Preference for proven experience in the hospitality, commercial and residential projects;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts;
• Ability to work in a team environment, motivate and lead individuals and create a positive team environment
• Excellent computer graphic and presentation skills required.  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Autodesk proficient with Revit beneficial; hand sketching beneficial.
• Fluent English spoken and written required; Mandarin beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• The SLA is expected to Plan, Staff, Design, Implement and Control the project;
• Prepare and support all the design stages from concept to construction including preliminary design, technical drawings, and specifications, cost estimates with the support and supervision of the Principals and/or Project Managers;
• Prepare and develop presentations and reports for all the project stages;
• Draft and prepare detailed development plans;
• Advise on problems, proposed changes and offer alternative solutions for the designs;
• Control and Supervise the landscape quality of construction works;
• Assist the Project Managers and/or Principals on the supervision and support of the production team and junior staff, have problem solving skills;
• Liaise with Client, Consultants Site Personnel and local authorities when required;
