Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Construction Manager in managing the development of capital works projects of the Hong Kong Science Park;
• Project(s) administration and monitor the performance of resident site teams and contractors;
• Liaise and coordinate with the project team, facility management team and external stakeholders, such as government departments and utilities companies;
• Prepare site report in respect of the progress, quality and safety of the project(s);
• Attend site meetings and carry out daily site inspections;
• Witness on-site and off-site tests and inspections, regular travel to PRC is required;
• Upkeep of daily site records and file site documentation;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Higher Diploma or above in Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position;
• Members of HKIE (Building/ Civil/ Structural) or equivalent will be an advantage;
• With exposure in piling projects and building construction projects;
• Experience in site safety supervision is a must;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
