We are currently recruiting for a Solution Expert. This position is based in our Hong Kong office and will report to the Vice President of Order Fulfilment, Region Asia Pacific.

What You’ll Do At Elekta

As the Solution Expert, you will provide consulting service for the Turnkey Project in Asia Pacific region. You will partner with the Sales team to understand the needs of our clients/potential clients and to provide the Elekta solution design (e.g. bunker design) to ensure Elekta site readiness for installation of Elekta machine(s) and software.

You will also prepare the necessary documents and technical drawings for tender and local government / hospital process. In order to understand the needs of the clients, you will attend client meeting together with the sales account managers. Besides, you will need to work closely with Project Management team, RA & QA team and Commercial Logistic team to ensure client’s requirements are properly communicated and managed internally.

What We Are Looking For

To be a suitable candidate for this position, we think you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical devices / large-scale machinery / medical IT solution industry.
• Knowledge in Turnkey is a must.
• Ability to use appropriate manner, personality, and outlook to effectively work with customers to solve their problems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Ability to meet short-and long-term deadlines.
• Ability to travel for around 50% of time within Asia Pacific.
